Students enrolled in the bachelor's and master's degree programmes
You may attend graduation ceremonies only if the Examinations Office has received a request for a certificate within the specified deadline. The individual deadlines for receipt of such applications are always four weeks before the relevant graduation ceremony, and they are published here in good time.
Should you wish to attend the graduation ceremony in the summer semester 2025, the Examinations Office must be in receipt of your request for a certificate by no later than
09 January 2026.

Teacher training programmes:
07 March 2026, 01 August 2026
1) You submit a request for issuance of a certificate to the Examinations Office on time.
2) The Examinations Office issues your final degree documents, including a copy of the certificate.
3) The Examinations Office sends you the final degree documents by post (excluding the copy of the certificate).
4) The Examinations Office sends a copy of your certificate along with the form to the Dean's Office.
5) The Dean's Office sends you an invitation for your graduation ceremony.
6) You register for your graduation ceremony on time using the online registration form indicated in the invitation.
7) You are presented the copy of the certificate at the graduation ceremony.
