Subject-specific academic advising by the program coordinator
The academic advising service is provided by the program coordinator or the relevant department and is responsible for students in higher semesters. Basic information about studying at the University of Passau is available from the General Academic Advising Service.
We recommend that you consult the academic advising service if you have any questions about planning your studies, choosing your major field of study, or changing your program or university. The program coordinator is also available to assist you with any problems that may occur during your studies, e.g., in the case of failed exams.
The academic advising service is also available to assist you with specialization options in your respective subject, especially in the major and master's programs.
Our degree programs
If you have any questions about degree programs that we do not supervise, please contact the relevant academic advisor. You can find out everything you need to know about teacher training (state examination) and the Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from the Teacher Training Program Coordination Office at the Center for Teacher Education and Subject Didactics.
