Information on the 2026 university elections

As in previous years, the upcoming university elections will be held electronically.

Votes can therefore only be cast online in the period from 9 June 2026, 12:00 noon, to 23 June 2026, 12:00 noon. For more information on electronic voting, please read the election notice [German content] and check out the Elections Office website.

Please note the following deadlines:

Nominations can be submitted from 14 to 27 April, 16:00 at the Elections Office
The last date for announcement of the approved nominations is 26 May
The electoral register will be put on display on 7, 8 and 11 May in the Elections Office
The electoral register will be closed on 12 May
Voting period: 9 June, 12:00 noon, until 23 June, 12:00 noon
